About
Hi there ! On this page we want to give you give you some information about the WordPress Plugin Guide itself; which WordPress theme we used, an overview of all plugins used and other modifications done.
Theme used
Let’s start with the theme we are using here at WPPG, it is the Streamline theme from StudioPress. First let’s see if you can recognize it
, check the image below :
As you can see, all graphics and colors have been changed, a new menu implemented, sidebars changed, footer has changed completely, and we modified the Featured Content Gallery plugin which is used on the frontpage. Also lot’s of icons were added to posts and drop-down menu’s (using the Category Icons plugin), and to all sidebar items (we just love icons!).
Besides the Streamline theme StudioPress has a great theme collection (currently 14 themes (Nov 2009) and still growing !), and a very active support forum where members can ask questions regarding WordPress and the StudioPress themes. With the development of this theme we had some questions too, and the same day we got answers on our questions, a big thumbs up! You can checkout the StudioPress website here.
