With Time Release, you set your blog to publish a post after some period of inactivity. You edit and create Time Release posts in the usual way, but you mark it as “Time Release”. After a few days, if you haven’t posted any new stories, then the Time Release posts will start to be published.

If getting an API key is beyond the skill set or desires of your users, but they still want to be able to have a Google map, this plugin is the answer. It adds a button to the visual editor that allows them to use the link from Google Maps to embed a plugin. Allows you to embed and use Typekit fonts in your WordPress or WordPress MU website without having to edit your theme.

Typekit offer a service that allows you to select from a range of hundreds of high quality fonts for your WordPress website. The fonts are applied using the font-face standard, so they are standards compliant, fully licensed and accessible.

To use this plugin you need to sign up with Typekit, install this plugin and then either configure some Typekit selectors or define your own CSS rules. Typekit selectors provide a quick and easy way to get fonts enabled on your site. Using your own CSS rules (as explained in Typekit's Advanced tips) gives you more control and lets you access additional attributes such as font-weight. This plugin allows you to create your own CSS rules that use Typekit fonts without the need to edit/upload CSS style sheets.

This plugin is designed to function securely with both WordPress and WordPress MU. When the JavaScript Embed Code is entered on the settings page, the user account id is extracted from the embed code and the correctly formed Typekit Embed Code is included in the site header, so it is not possible to use the Embed Code field to include arbitrary JavaScript. The Custom CSS field is also filtered, and doesn't allow any HTML code to be entered.

HOW TO

When you insert a banner you can give a group (key) code. In this way you can "group" a block of banners. For examples if your theme is a 3 columns you can put in left sidebar:

and put in right sidebar:

However wp-bannerize provides a filter by category, for example:

This dashboard widget provides a simple notepad. The widget settings allow you to choose which roles can edit the notes, and which roles can merely read them.

The WP-to-Twitter plugin posts a Twitter status update from your WordPress blog using either the Cli.gs or Bit.ly URL shortening services to provide a link back to your post from Twitter.

For both services you can provide your information to maintain a list of your shortened URLs with your URL shortening service for statistics and your own records.

The plugin can send a default message for updating or editing posts or pages, but also allows you to write a custom Tweet for your post which says whatever you want. By default, the shortened URL from Cli.gs is appended to the end of your message, so you should keep that in mind when writing your custom Tweet.

Any status update you write which is longer than the available space will automatically be truncated by the plugin. This applies to both the default messages and to your custom messages.

My Page Order allows you to set the order of pages through a drag and drop interface. The default method of setting the order page by page is extremely clumsy, especially with a large number of pages. The plugin also installs a replacement widget that exposes all the options of the wp_list_pages template function.

Big Update!

My Page Order has been out since WP 1.5 (2006) and hasn't really changed since then. As of version 2.8.6 of the plugin I'm breaking backwards compatibility to add new features like a replacement widget. Keep using version 2.8.3 if you are not on WP 2.8 yet.
