WP Family Tree is a family tree generator plugin for Wordpress. Each family member have their own post within a "Family" category. In the family member posts you can specify birth dates, mother, father, etc. A complete family tree can be displayed on any page with the [family-tree] shortcode.

The root of the tree can be specified with the root parameter: [family-tree root='John Doe']

Specify a 'featured image' for the post and the image thumbnail will be used in the family memebers list and in the family tree. Please see the screenshots.

WARNING: If you're upgrading to version 3.2.2 or later, please make a note of the YAK add-on modules you have enabled. There will be errors after upgrading caused by a number of file renames (trying to figure the incorrect plugin name on the WordPress site site (ie. this page). YAK is an open source shopping cart plugin for WordPress. It associates products with weblog entries (in other words, posts), so the post ID also becomes the product code. It supports both pages and posts as products, handles different types of product through categorisation, and provides customisable purchase options -- cheque or deposit, basic credit card form, basic Google Checkout integration, standard PayPal integration, PayPal Payments Pro, and Authorize.net and MiGS (Mastercard Internet Gateway Service, add-on only).

This plugin allows to clone a post or page, or edit it as a new draft.

1. In 'Edit Posts'/'Edit Pages', you can click on 'Clone' link below the post/page title: this will immediately create a copy and return to the list.

2. In 'Edit Posts'/'Edit Pages', you can click on 'New Draft' link below the post/page title.

3. On the post edit screen, you can click on 'Copy to a new draft' above "Cancel"/"Move to trash".

4. While viewing a post as a logged in user, you can click on 'Copy to a new draft' as a dropdown link under "Edit Post" in the admin bar.

2, 3 and 4 will lead to the edit page for the new draft: change what you want, click on 'Publish' and you're done.

Pay attention to the new behaviour! The first way now allows you to clone a post with a single click, speeding up your work if you have many posts to duplicate.

There is also a template tag, so you can put it in your templates and clone your posts/pages from the front-end. Clicking on the link will lead you to the edit page for the new draft, just like the admin bar link.

In the Options page under Settings it is now possible to choose what to copy:

• the original post/page date
• the original post/page status (draft, published, pending), when cloning from the posts list.
• the original post/page excerpt
• which taxonomies and custom fields

You can also set a prefix (or a suffix) to place before (or after) the title of the cloned post/page, and the roles allowed to clone posts or pages.

If you want to contribute to translate the plugin in languages other than English, there is a Launchpad translation project available (you can also send me an e-mail using the form on my website).

If you're a plugin developer, I suggest to read the section made just for you under "Other Notes", to ensure compatibility between your plugin(s) and mine.

WP Social Blogroll adds a social blogroll to your blog. It will follow and display all updates of the sites in your blogroll. See the plugin page or the author's page for more details.

The plugin retrieves the date of the most recent feed-item of the bookmarked site. The feeds must be indexed by Google as the plugin uses Google's free AJAX Feed API.

You need a free Google API Key to get it to work. Based on Google's information, the age of the most recent feed-item is calculated and then displayed under each bookmark in your sidebar.

Your blogroll can be sorted by the freshness of the bookmarks.

Furthermore, the title and author of the freshest post and an icon for each bookmark can be displayed.

WP-CodeBox provides clean syntax highlighting and AJAX advanced features for embedding source code within pages or posts. It support wide range of popular languages highlighting with line numbers, code download, Copy to clipboard, collapse codebox,automatic keywords link to API manual and maintains formatting while copying snippets of code from the browser.

It's provide simple background configuration for highlighter style/formatting customization. Since the plugin is developing, in the future it will support more options.(CSS option,Keywords display style,Auto Caps/Nocaps,Case Sensitivity etc. )

Basic Usage

Wrap code blocks with <pre lang="LANGUAGE" line="1" file="download.txt" colla="+"> and </pre>

Possible Parameters:

• lang="LANGUAGE" - LANGUAGE is a GeSHi supported language syntax.
• file="download.txt" - The file will create a code downloading attribute.
• line="N" - The N is the starting line number.
• colla="+/-" - The +/- will expand/collapse the codebox.
• line,file,colla is optional.

As a whole, the new WordPress Admin panel is organized fairly well, however when it comes to editing posts or pages quickly without having to open each post or page in a new tab or window, it isn't a very efficient process. For those who are using WordPress as a CMS, it's important to be able to manage contents easily and quickly. That's what this plugin helps to do.

It adds some icons to the posts/pages management panel with AJAX-driven CMS-known functions like toggling post/page visibility, changing publication date and title without having to open the edit screens or reload the page, plus changing page order with drag'n'drop, inline category management and inline tag management, plus much more.
