WARNING: If you're upgrading to version 3.2.2 or later, please make a note of the YAK add-on modules you have enabled. There will be errors after upgrading caused by a number of file renames (trying to figure the incorrect plugin name on the WordPress site site (ie. this page). YAK is an open source shopping cart plugin for WordPress. It associates products with weblog entries (in other words, posts), so the post ID also becomes the product code. It supports both pages and posts as products, handles different types of product through categorisation, and provides customisable purchase options -- cheque or deposit, basic credit card form, basic Google Checkout integration, standard PayPal integration, PayPal Payments Pro, and Authorize.net and MiGS (Mastercard Internet Gateway Service, add-on only).

Imports well-formed static HTML files into WordPress. Requires PHP 5.

This plugin will import a directory of files as either pages or posts. You may specify the HTML tag (e.g. <body>, <div id="content">, or <td width="732">) or Dreamweaver template region (e.g. 'Main Content') containing the content you want to import.

If importing pages, the directory hierarchy will be preserved. Directories containing the specified file types will be imported as empty parent pages (or, if an index file is present, its contents will be used for the parent page). Directories that do not contain the specified file types will be ignored.

As files are imported, the resulting IDs, permalinks, and titles will be displayed. On completion, the importer will provide a list of Apache redirects that can be used in your .htaccess file to seamlessly transfer visitors from the old file locations to the new WordPress permalinks. As of 2.0, if you change your permalink structure after you've imported your files, you can regenerate the redirects—the file's old URL is stored as a custom field in the imported post.

  • 'ASC' - Sort from lowest to highest.
  • 'DESC' - Sort from highest to lowest. (Default)

paging_position

• (string) The position of the page numbers. Valid values:
  • 'top' - Add page numbers above the sitemap list
  • 'bottom' - Add the page numbers below the sitemap list (Default)
  • 'both' - Add page numbers above and below the sitemap list

post_count

My Link Order allows you to set the order in which links and link categories will appear in the sidebar. Uses a drag and drop interface for ordering. Adds a widget with additional options for easy installation on widgetized themes.

Big Update!

My Link Order has been out since WP 1.5 or 2.0 (2006) and it's been a struggle to keep it working smoothly. The taxonomy.php hack was hideous and a filter finally got added that let me avoid this. No more visiting the My Link Order page after every single Wordpress update!

As of version 2.8.6 of the plugin I'm breaking backwards compatibility to add new features like a multiple widget instances. Keep using version 2.8.4 if you are not on WP 2.8 yet.

This plug-in lets you collect subscribers on your blog with a single or double opt-in subscription process. Double opt-in is law compliant and it means the user has to confirm the subscription following simple standard instructions sent to him via email.

Take the time to read the user guide, to configure it as if it would be a new installed plug-in, to enter the subscription form panel and configure it. Do you have a WordPress site with lots of pages in a hierarchical structure? Are you trying to use WordPress like a "real" CMS? Then this plugin is for you!

Page Tree gives you a much-needed overview of your pages in the admininstration panel using a common expand/collapse menu, which lets you navigate your page structure like a folder tree in Windows Explorer.

Now you can quickly and easily find the page you want to edit using the expandable tree view, and also get an admin view site map of your complete site.

The page tree is displayed in the WordPress administration panel, under your regular "Pages" menu. See the screen shot for a better understanding of how it works.

If you want, you can use the sidebar widget to show the page tree on your site. Or you can use the pagetree shortcode to display the tree anywhere you want in your site. Finally, you can also use the pagetree_public() function to display the tree in using your templates.

WordPress doesn't count page views by default. Top 10 will count the number of page views on your single posts on a daily as well as overall basis. You can then display the page view count on individual posts and pages as well as display a list of most popular posts based on page views.

Includes a sidebar widget to display the popular posts. And, all settings can be configured from within your WordPress Admin area itself! You can choose to disable tracking of author visits on their own posts.

This plugin lets you show a different greeting message to your new visitors depending on their referrer url. For example, when a Digg user clicks through from Digg, they will see a message reminding them to digg your post if they like it. Another example, when a visitor clicks through from Twitter, they will see a message suggesting them to twit the post and follow you on Twitter. You can also set a default greeting message for new visitors (not matching any referrer URLs) suggesting them to subscribe to your RSS feed. Having these targeted suggestions will help your blog increase exposure, loyal readership, and reader interaction.
